Today 18 May:

Dry but with a good deal of cloud in the morning. Decent sunny spells developing through the day, but the north and east of Shetland perhaps remaining rather cloudier. A fresh northeasterly breeze. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Tonight:

Dry with some late sunny spells but becoming increasingly cloudy through the evening. The rest of the night will remain cloudy with the odd mist or fog patch too. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Monday 19 May :

A dry day but rather cloudy to start. Cloud will thin and break during the morning with some good periods of sunshine for the rest of the day. Moderate breeze. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Remaining settled and largely dry. Areas of cloud moving south over the islands on Tuesday but some sunnier periods too. Good sunny spells on Wednesday and Thursday.
