Cloudy with scattered showers over Shetland at first but dry with sunny spells Orkney. The afternoon will continue dry with sunny spells but cloud will spread to Orkney from late afternoon, followed by rain towards the evening. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Tonight:

Dry and bright Shetland at first in the evening, cloud and patchy rain or showers Orkney soon spreads to Shetland. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Tuesday 10 June :

Cloudy with patchy rain or showers during the morning becoming dry with bright spells during the afternoon. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Cloudy with bright or sunny spells and dry for many. It will become warmer and a few showers are possible Shetland Wednesday becoming scattered here Friday.
