Today 19 June :

A few brief showers over Shetland in the morning, otherwise a dry day with sunny spells. Cloud spreading up from the south will make the sunshine hazy in the afternoon. Light winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Tonight:

A rather cloudy evening with the odd spot of light rain possible then some clear breaks developing overnight. Moderate or fresh southeasterly winds. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Friday 20 June :

Dry with sunny spells in the morning and becoming rather warm. Cloud increasing in the afternoon with some patchy haar. Light southerly winds turning westerly. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Sunny spells on Saturday but also some patchy haar. A few thundery showers may develop. Outbreaks of rain on Sunday, possibly heavy and thundery. Mainly dry and bright on Monday.
