Today 20 June :

Dry with sunny spells this morning and becoming rather warm. Cloud increasing in the afternoon with some haar for a time. Light southerly winds turning westerly and feeling warm. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Tonight:

Dry with some late sunshine this evening. Cloud then increases for Orkney ahead of showers spreading north, these occasionally heavy with a risk of thunder. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Saturday 21 June :

Sunny spells and a risk of haar for a time, especially for Orkney. A few heavy showers possible too, these generally moving through quickly. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Variable cloud with outbreaks of showery rain on Sunday. Turning fresher into next week with patchy amounts of cloud and a few light showers at times.
