Tonight:

This evening will be dry. Then the rest of the night will see cloud and outbreaks of rain spreading from the west along with freshening southerly winds. Minimum temperature 12 °C.

Thursday 7 August :

Rain at first across Shetland, this soon clearing away. Otherwise it will be mainly dry with just the odd passing shower, sunny spells by afternoon. Brisk south or southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Mainly dry and windy on Friday, fresh to strong southwesterly winds. Breezy with a few showers on Saturday. Mainly dry on Sunday, chance of rain later on.
