Today 15 November :

It will be mainly dry and bright but still quite cold on Saturday and we may still see the odd shower in the morning. Light winds. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Tonight:

Becoming cloudier through the evening as a band of showery rain pushes south over Shetland in the evening, then over Orkney through the early hours. Freshening northerly winds. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Sunday 16 November :

Mostly dry with some bright spells to start, but showers becoming more frequent through the day, turning increasingly wintry in the evening. Strong northerly winds developing. Maximum temperature 7 °C.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday:

A cold few days with a scattering of showers, becoming increasingly wintry. Chilly northerly winds, strong at times.
