The John Rae Society has a Christmas Silent Auction on for an electric bike.

The bike is 3 years old, has never been used, and is valued at £3,000. Minimum bids in the Silent Auction start at £1,001 with proceeds going to the John Rae Society (JRS).

The JRS has ambitious plans to restore the Hall of Clestrain, childhood home of Arctic explorer Dr John Rae. You can find out more about that here : John Rae Society.
