The morning will begin with scattered showers over Orkney and isolated falls over Shetland where they will be wintry to low levels. The showers will clear during the morning to leave the day dry with bright or sunny spells. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Tonight:

The evening will continue dry with clear periods. Cloud will spread northeast from the late evening with outbreaks of rain following towards dawn. Minimum temperature -1 °C.

Monday 1 December :

The morning will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain. Bright or sunny spells will increase as dry conditions spread northeast from the afternoon. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Tuesday will stay dry with bright spells but cloud will increase Wednesday and Thursday as bands of rain and showers pass northeast over the Isles.
