Remaining cloudy and windy with showers, these wintry across Shetland and turning wintry across Orkney by evening. Cold. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Little change, remaining cold and windy with sleet or snow showers. Perhaps fewer showers on Tuesday.
