We saw our first swallow of the year on the 21st April when crossing the Brig O’ Brodgar, then were pleased to see that when visitors to the Ring of Brodgar park in the car park, they’re shown that they can use the facilities in Stenness Village (Paddington Bear reference)

Walking the Ring, there was hardly anyone there.  We met some folk, some with dogs, and had a chat and a tickle

In all my years of walking the Ring of Brodgar, I’d never noticed the face on this stone before
