The morning will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain, this heavy at times, the odd fog patch. The rain will clear to sunny spells and showers during the afternoon. Fresh to strong southerly winds across Shetland later this morning. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Tonight:

Mainly dry this evening with some late brightness. The rest of the night will be mainly dry with variable amounts of cloud and just the odd passing shower. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Saturday 20 June :

A dry day with variable amounts of cloud and some bright or sunny spells. Light winds. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Dry with some sunny spells on Sunday and Monday. Rain spreading east on Tuesday, drier later.
