Mostly dry and bright with some sunshine at times, and fairly light winds. Cloud increasing across Shetland during the afternoon. Winds will be mainly light. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Tonight:

A dry start to the evening then cloud thickening to bring some outbreaks of mainly light rain. Perhaps some patchy haar. Light winds. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Tuesday 23 June :

Shetland cloudy with outbreaks of rain in the morning becoming drier in the afternoon. Orkney mostly dry but cloudy. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Mainly dry on Wednesday and Thursday, though haar possible later. Increasing chance of some heavy rain or showers late Thursday or Friday.
