Cloudy throughout the day for Shetland with showery outbreaks of rain. Largely cloudy and mostly dry for Orkney with the chance of the odd shower. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

A changeable westerly pattern brings scattered showers or some longer spells of rain at times during this period. Variable cloud with some sunshine at times but often windy.
