Phil Godfrey, 67, is walking 1,400 miles from the Isles of Scilly to the Shetland Isles in memory of his wife Christine who was diagnosed with APS in 2005 and who passed away in January 2015.
A Restful day
After a good night with Ann Sumra and family, lovely people great hospitality.
Walked along the country roads as the Coast Path is very steep in this area. The route was through the village of Trelights and down a very steep hill into Port Issac. A very picturesque Cornish fishing village, but very very cold.
Had several good donations from people today , who had looked at the Banner on the back of my rucksack, which is good as all monies collected go direct to APS Support UK.
Tonight at Port Issac, approx 8 mile, a short day but good restful day to ease the muscles.
