Phil Godfrey is planning to walk from the Scillies Isles right on to Shetland. This is in memory of his wife Christine who was diagnosed with APS in 2005 and who passed away in January 2015. Due to injuries sustained early on he is doing this in stages.

Good day, walk was across fields with some forest slightly steep in places but not of the same steepness as previous days.

The booked B & B place was all locked up when we arrived, so we cancelled and found an excellent hotel in the centre, who gave us a discount when they saw APS on my polo shirt.

Have seen many rabbits, and was very close to a fox and a hare, separate places, very close too.

Overall a good day
