Mince: Mince must be one of the most versatile ingredients with which to cook, recently I was asked not to presume everybody could cook and to not miss out everyday recipes. With this in mind today we are cooking Mince, just straight forward bog standard mince. I aim to show how to turn 500g of mince into three dishes: Mince, Spicy Pasta and Lasagne.
I am hoping to film the making of these three dishes soon so watch this space.
