The Orkney ViQueens the Roller Derby team have another Boot camp coming up next weekend (16^th & 17^th February).

This time they have the world renowned skater/coach Miracle Whips (Claudia Maréchal) from Canada coming to coach the boot camp, which is bringing over 50 skaters from all over Britain to Orkney for Roller Derby coaching.

Miracle Whips played in the Roller Derby World Cup held in Manchester last week in which her team (Canada) came 3^rd, just below England and USA.  She is also bringing an assistant coach from the England Men’s team – Southern Discomfort who are ranked 4^th in the world in Men’s Roller Derby.

The Boot camp is in the Pickaquoy Centre on  Saturday 16th February 12-5pm & Sunday 17th February 10 am – 3pm
