Role Overview:
Ensuring customer relationship are maintained and developed through high standards of service.
Install, repair, renew and maintain electrical installations as required, meeting all legislative requirements.
Inspect, test and issue certification for electrical installations (EICR).
Installation, planned preventative routine maintenance, fault finding repair and support of the AKVA range of products (Feed Systems, Barges, Camera Systems, Power Infrastructure, Lights, Net Cleaning).
Carry out planned routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance and installation of electrical, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic equipment and systems.
Complete job activity electronically and ensure all required parts to complete are captured.
Ensuring the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard.
Experience/Skills/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years time served electrician
Relevant technical qualification
Good understanding of pneumatic, mechanical and electrical principles.
The ability to work independently and under pressure.
An understanding of Health and Safety Legislation.
Knowledge of rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Highly organised
Excellent verbal and written skills
Full clean driving licence
Ability to work on own initiative

Field-based throughout Orkney and Shetland, travel as business needs require throughout Scotland and Ireland.
Job Type:
Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend on call rota system.
