The CLAN Resource Centre  is currently available on the CLAN website.

The resource centre is available 24hrs a day and has a range of classes and support services for both adults and children.

It includes:

• online relaxation classes
• a video focussing on tips to help you administer massage
• self-led reflexology
• activities-based hub specifically for children and families.

There is telephone support for all new and existing clients with trained staff available every day, providing real time support over the phone.
