I’ve watched this coming together over the weeks as we were starting to emerge from lockdown.

The Orkney Distillery in Ayre Road has constructed a well thought  out and pleasant place for its customers.

There’s hand sanitiser at the entrance and on the tables. You wait at the entrance for a member of staff who will take your details.

And there’s lots of little details making it such a positive experience.
