Tonight:
Dry, bright into evening, but cloud thickening from west to bring outbreaks of rain, with some heavier rain by the end of the night. Southerly winds becoming strong at times. Minimum temperature 4 °C.
Tuesday20th April:
Cloudy start with some heavy rain but drier, brighter by afternoon with winds turning westerly. Some sunshine but colder with a few showers, some wintry. Shetland, showery and windy later. Maximum temperature 7 °C.
Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:
Windy with heavy showers into Wednesday over Shetland, otherwise generally dry and bright weather over the next few days, but rather cold with some showers, these possibly wintry at times.
