Weather Forecast: Some warm sunshine, but haar at times

Today 1st June:

Dry with some warm sunshine expected, the highest temperatures on the west side of Orkney. However, always the chance of some low cloud and haar, this likely to be most extensive over Shetland early in the day. Brisk southeast winds. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Tonight:

The haar could become extensive again, particularly over Shetland and on the east side of Orkney. However, some evening sunshine expected, best on the west side. Winds easing. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Wednesday 2nd June:

Dry with some sunny skies, although low cloud and haar is expected to push through at times. Breezy with fresh southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Mainly dry with some bright and sunny spells mixed with periods of low cloud and haar on Thursday. Mainly dry and bright on Friday, perhaps the odd shower on Saturday.
