Work by Patty Boonstra will be on show in the windows of the Northlight Gallery ,Stromness for 3 weeks, starting Saturday 12th of June till Thursday 1st July.

The large drawings and linocuts all found their origin in Patty’s interest in the human condition, and our emotional lives in particular.

Ink, wax crayon and paint have been used to express some of these emotions.

The black and white linocuts are concerned with the plight of people forced to flee through no fault of their own.
