Mainly dry with sunny intervals and light winds. There will also be some low cloud and haar about, especially over southern Shetland and Fair Isle. Some showery rain will spread in from the east in the late afternoon or evening. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Tonight:

It will be a mostly cloudy night with a few showers, these heaviest over Shetland. Some low cloud and patchy haar. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Saturday 3rd July:

Heavy showers over Shetland will clear early. A mostly dry day with bright spells but also some haar and light drizzle at times. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Unsettled through the next few days with rather a lot of low cloud and some showery rain. Freshening southeasterly winds.
