Another cloudy day with mist and risk of fog patches. Showery rain crossing from the southeast, mainly over Shetland and turning heavier at times. Winds light. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

The dull and overcast pattern persists, with further patchy rain or drizzle coupled with mist and fog patches. Light winds picking up to a westerly breeze from Thursday.
