This is a ShelterBox.
And this is what it contains

ShelterBox provides emergency aid and tools for Disaster Relief. These are practical essentials that support people when they are most in need.
Orkney Rotary Club have been fundraising to provide a ShelterBox and they now have enough to get one. But of course they would like to get more.
Some of Orkney’s Rotarians have spent 21 days pulling a Shelterbox on a trailer for 21 miles each. Why 21 days ? Because ShelterBox has been delivering aid for 21 years and for the last two years communities have been hit by the Covid pandemic as well as natural disasters.
Orkney has a fine history of helping others. In World War 1 The Orcadian Suffragists raised funds for The Orcadian Bed in one of the Scottish Women’s Hospital’s which was located in North France. And so it continues that islanders look outwith their communities to help others when it is needed.
