Statement from Public Health Scotland: Daily data on new cases, tests, ICU admissions and vaccinations will not be refreshed today due to a technical issue affecting the availability of the data. Tomorrow’s update will include figures for today. Scottish Government Coronavirus

A technical issue has meant that the stats we would normally bring in from Public Health Scotland are not available. This is extremely unfortunate given the rising cases we have had in Orkney over the past few weeks. These are the latest stats we have for you.

We will publish what we can find available. For the period 6th – 12th September for Orkney the cases are as follows:
- West Mainland: 20
- Stromness, Stenness, Sandwick: 13
- East Mainland: 10
- North Isles, Linked South Isles, Hoy, Flotta: 7
