So…34 in two days?
Do you remember when everyone was being careful and the total stayed at 7 for weeks on end?
Where do we go from here?
Home is where the sanity is.
Thank you for reporting everything so factually on Covid figures everywhere else Appears to be reporting low key, you almost feel like, this is not important any more and , it’s a case of folk are sick of hearing about Covid. I know the general population may feel they don’t have to be as concerned, with the fantastic vaccination uptake, and how this reduces symptoms. But many of us young and old are not so privileged. If a person has Cancer,Multiple Sclerosis, Heart disease, or another named debilitating condition , everyone across Orkney always generously helps to raise money for charities to help save these peoples lives. Please understand if you lat flo test twice a week , wear a mask in public places , wash your hands regularly , stay at home if unwell , and ask for a PCR test, and follow the guidance by staying home while waiting for a PCR results and for the full recommended isolation time. These steps can literally save lives too . And more so possibly save save someone less fortunate the anguish and discomfort of having to experience the symptoms of Covid which can be so much worse by already having a long term condition . The vaccine is amazing , but what’s even more powerful is YOU , every single one of you living in Orkney. Please help make this winter, which is incredibly scary for some. A winter to be proud of . Do Everything You Can To Stop Covid Spreading . And this Christmas’s you might Even have given the greatest gift of all. The gift of LIFE
Thank you from all of us who need your help
