He’d recently been on one of the upper level tours  https://www.orkney.com/listings/cathedral-tours  and had taken a picture of one of the smaller stained glass windows, which contains the words ‘Fiat Lux’ – ‘Let there be light’.

Another wonder of St. Magnus’ – another bit of light in The Light in the North.
