Any light rain over northerm Shetland at first soon dying out. Otherwise dry, with the best of the sunshine for Orkney, though Shetland too brightening with some sunshine breaking through. Light winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Tonight:

Dry with some late sunshine then clear periods though cloud may thicken up later in the night. WInds remaining light. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Monday 6th June:

Another dry day with bright or sunny spells, but some areas of cloud drifting around too. Light winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Staying mainly dry with variable cloud, and some bright or sunny spells. Perhaps some patchy rain later Wednesday or Thursday, when becoming breezier.
