Tonight:

Clear spells with blustery and at times heavy showers continue into the night. The fresh to strong westerly wind and the showers will then slowly ease from midnight. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Saturday 8th October:

Bright or sunny intervals with scattered showers Saturday, the best of the sunshine across Shetland. The wind turns southwesterly as it freshens Saturday morning. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Chance of persistent rain on Sunday, clearing to occasional showers on Monday. Windy at times. Wind eases as rain extends east Tuesday.
