A cloudy night with a little drizzle across Orkney, thickening cloud and patchy drizzle spread to Shetland later. Fresh to strong easterly wind. Minimum temperature 8 °C.
Friday 21st October:
Mostly cloudy on Friday with a little drizzle at first. More persistent rain soon affects Orkney before gradually spreading to Shetland later in the afternoon. Windy. Maximum temperature 12 °C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Rather cloudy with periods of rain or drizzle at times over the weekend and into Monday.
