Perhaps some early brightness for Orkney, but mostly overcast, with low cloud and mist, perhaps fog at times, thickening from late morning. Also a little drizzle with moderate south or southeast winds. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Tonight:

A cloudy, damp evening with mist, hill fog and drizzle at times. Cloud lifting somewhat during the night with mist and fog clearing too, fresh southerly winds. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Monday 14th November:

Remaining quite cloudy on Monday but a chance of some afternoon breaks and some brightness for Orkney, however low cloud likely to return later, quite breezy. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Rather unsettled, a windy day with cloud and outbreaks of rain Tuesday, gales later and some heavier rain overnight continuing on Wednesday. Another wet and very windy day on Thursday.
