Friday 18th November:

Rather cloudy with a few showers that merge to longer periods of rain for a time across Orkney Friday morning. Southeast gales, touching severe gale at times. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Rather cloudy with showers that merge to longer periods of rain across Orkney on Sunday, spreading north to include Shetland on Monday. Southeast gales.
