Cloudy through the morning and early afternoon with outbreaks of rain, some heavy. Becoming drier and brighter from the west through the afternoon with some late sunshine. Fresh southerly winds at first, but turning westerly and easing in afternoon. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Tonight:
Dry with sunny spells into the evening then clear spells overnight, but a few showers will develop as westerly winds freshen. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Monday 15th May:
Bright or sunny spells through the day, with a few showers though these mainly light and most will be over Shetland. Moderate or fresh west to northwest winds. Maximum temperature 10 °C.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Cloudy with showers Tuesday, some wintry over Shetland, with cold and strong northwest winds, but mainly dry later. Dry and bright Wednesday with winds easing. Cloudier Thursday, risk of rain.
