Orkney seeing sunny intervals and the chance of a few afternoon showers. Shetland and Fair Isle will be dry with some brightness and patchy haar. Light winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Tonight:

Dry this evening with some late brightness. The rest of the night will remain dry with clear periods and some patchy low cloud and haar. Light winds. Minimum temperature 12 °C.

Tuesday 11th July:

A cloudy day with patchy haar and rain at times, some of this may be heavy. Cooler than of late. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Cloudy with showers or longer spells of rain on Wednesday. Somewhat drier later in the week with fewer showers and more in the way of sunshine.
