A mainly dry day with variable amounts of cloud and some sunny intervals. Chance of a passing shower but many places seeing a fair amount of dry weather. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Tonight:

This evening will be mainly dry with some late brightness. Clouding over from the north in the early hours with a few light showers. Freshening westerly winds across Shetland. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Wednesday 19th July:

A cool and cloudy day with some passing showers, these mainly on the light side. Brisk northwesterly winds across Shetland. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:

Little change, cool and often cloudy with a few passing showers on Thursday and Friday. Drier on Saturday.
