A bright day with some good sunny spells. There will be a few well scattered showers in the morning, but these should die out by the afternoon. Light north or northeast winds. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Tonight:

A mainly dry night with just a few isolated showers possible, most likely over Shetland later in the night. Some clear spells. Light northeast winds. Minimum temperature 5 °C.

Thursday 31st August:

Remaining largely dry, just a few well scattered showers, mainly across Shetland in the morning. Bright with some sunny spells and light winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

A largely dry settled spell with just a few light showers Friday morning. Mostly light winds with some sunny spells, but southwest winds increasing on Sunday.
