It was a beautiful sunny morning when the townsfolk of Stromness gathered at the town’s war memorial for the 2023 Remembrance parade and ceremony on Sunday 12th November.

All ages of the town attended the ceremony. Afterwards many of them fell in behind the Stromness RBL Pipe Band to walk back up the street
