Today 6th May:

It will continue to stay dull with extensive low cloud, areas of fog or mist, and outbreaks of patchy light drizzle throughout the day on Monday. Maximum temperature 11 °C.

Tonight:

It will start off cloudy with some fog or mist, and patchy light drizzle. This will clear Orkney through the evening, and Shetland around dawn leaving dry conditions. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Tuesday 7th May:

Aside from any early low cloud soon clearing Shetland, it will be a dry day with light winds and sunny spells at times on Tuesday. Maximum temperature 12 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

After a dry start, becoming cloudier Wednesday with patchy rain later as southerly winds freshen. Staying cloudy Thursday and Friday with patchy rain at times.
