The exhibition ‘Casting Light’ by Anne Bevan and Mark Edmonds finishes at the Northlight Gallery, Stromness, this coming Saturday. It will be followed by the Fair Saturday Open Exhibition. 

This year there is an open call to all ages to make a handmade card or small artwork on the theme of KINDNESS to exhibit in Northlight for Fair Saturday on the 30th November.

On Friday 15th November ORSAS (Orkney Rape and Sexual Assault Service) is holding a craft workshop for the exhibition at the Northlight Gallery. All are welcome to drop in  anytime at 26 Bridge Street Kirkwall between 12-4pm to make a card or artwork with the theme of kindness. Refreshments will be available.

Exhibits should be brought to the gallery by Tuesday 25th November.  Call Cary on 851194 if no one is in the gallery to receive it. She lives so close to the gallery that you won’t wait for long for her to reach you. The show will be open for three days from Thursday 28th – Saturday 30th, 11am – 4pm daily.
