YELLOW WARNING SNOW AND ICE

Another cold day with some sunny intervals and sleet, snow or hail showers. Chance of some icy patches. Windy with fresh to strong northerly winds. Maximum temperature 3 °C.

Tonight:

Clear periods and sleet or snow showers this evening. Then showers becoming lighter and less frequent through the early hours. Strong winds easing later. Frost and icy stretches. Minimum temperature -2 °C.

Friday 10th January:

It will be a dry day with variable amounts of cloud and sunny spells. Frost and icy patches. Light winds. Maximum temperature 2 °C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Dry, cold and sunny on Saturday. Becoming milder and windy on Sunday and Monday with rain at times.
