Sunny spells and showers, these wintry at times with snow on the hills. It will be a cold day with strong northeasterly winds backing more northerly and easing a little. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Tonight:

Showers, occasionally wintry especially at first, continue through the evening and overnight with clear spells in between. Occasionally strong northerly winds backing more northwesterly and slowly easing. Minimum temperature 1 °C.

Tuesday 11 March:

Rather cloudy start with frequent showers but becoming brighter with showers, perhaps turning wintry again, easing a little for the afternoon. Fresh northwesterly winds turn northerly and strengthen a little. Maximum temperature 6 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Remaining cold with a mix of clear or sunny spells and showers, these wintry at times with snow on hills, the showers eventually easing later Friday. Occasionally strong northerly winds.
