Today 9 May:

Another dry and bright day with some good spells of sunshine. Feeling quite warm in the sunshine across Orkney with light winds, but Shetland cooler with occasionally fresh southwesterly breeze. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Tonight:

It will stay dry with some late sunshine and then clear spells through the evening. Remaining dry overnight with largely clear skies. Occasionally fresh south to southwest winds for Shetland. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Saturday 10 May:

It will be another dry and bright day with good spells of sunshine, especially in the morning. Still plenty of sunny spells in the afternoon, though somewhat cloudier. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:

Remaining largely dry and settled with clear or sunny spells, but rather cloudier on Monday with a risk of showers.
