Today 17 November :

The occasional bright spell will be interspersed with scattered showers, these wintry to low levels. The strong northerly wind will begin to ease from the late afternoon. Maximum temperature 4 °C.

Tonight:

The evening will begin with a fresh northerly breeze and scattered wintry showers. The wind will soon ease further with the showers becoming isolated from the late evening. Minimum temperature -1 °C.

Tuesday 18 November :

Northeast winds will strengthen from mid-morning as showery sleet and snow pass over the area. This will be followed by frequent snow showers later. Maximum temperature 3 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Frequent snow showers and a strong northerly wind continue into Thursday morning. The showers die and the wind eases Thursday into Friday. Rain, wintry at first, spreads east late Friday.
