Shetland damp with some haar in the morning then brightening up in the afternoon with sunny intervals. Orkney dry for much of day, but mostly cloudy, then some patchy rain and haar later. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Tonight:

It will be a cloudy evening and night with some haar at times along with a few patches of rain. Becoming breezier later. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Thursday 4 June :

Dull start for Shetland with some haar, but brightening up, then rather cloudy but with a few sunny intervals along with the odd shower. Winds easing. Maximum temperature 13 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday:

Sunny intervals and a few showers on Friday. Saturday looks dry and bright with some sunshine before rain and wind in the evening. Sunday back to sunshine and scattered showers.
