Cloudy across Orkney with occasional rain. A dry day across Shetland with some sunny spells. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Early rain clearing on Wednesday. Otherwise a dry few days with Orkney seeing the best of the sunshine, Shetland seeing misty low cloud at times. Quite warm.
