Every Wednesday up to the 17th of July at the Pickaquoy Centre, Kirkwall
from 1.30 – 3pm or from 6.30 – 8pm
Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week, and, to me, it looks like the focus/emphasis was on the negative, so, I’m attempting to send an antidote.
The trained staff help individuals manage difficult emotions and problem situations early on, and come up with a ‘distress plan’ to prevent future crisis.
