Phil Godfrey is planning to walk from the Scillies Isles right on to Shetland. This is in memory of his wife Christine who was diagnosed with APS in 2005 and who passed away in January 2015. Due to injuries sustained early on he is doing this in stages.

Wàlk started at the river side and climbed steadily up the hill through the woods. Very good views over to Newchurch, where I found I have very large blister on the underside of my foot.

Very nice lady gave me a lift into Kington. Found the B&B unfortunately out of town.

Owner going to give me lift into Hereford tomorrow.
