The Orkney Mens Shed will undertake projects

This is a new shed for the Blue Door.

Here From left to right are Stewart, Alan and Peter building one of the walls.

Peter has been quietly working away for the the last few sessions cutting all the timbers to accurate lengths.

When I left the shed the floor and 3 walls were complete.

It has been suggested that we put it on wheels and do a sponsored walk from Finstown to Kirkwall on behalf of the 2 charities.

The Orkney Men’s Shed  has a Facebook page where you can check on opening times. Situated in Finstown there is ample parking nearby.
